Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line an 24x24cm (9x9 inches) baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chop the chocolate.
- Melt half of the chocolate.
- Using electric hand mixer mix sugar with butter together, then add eggs and whisk until the mixture is airy (about 4 minutes).
- Add and mix in melted chocolate.
- Sieve the flour, salt and cocoa into the mixture. Gently mix everything together.
- Add and mix in the remaining chocolate.
- Pour the dough into the prepared baking tray and put it in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
- After removing, remember to leave it to cool down completely.
- I recommend experimenting with additions like fruit (e.g. raspberries) or nuts.
