Directions
- Pour the oil into a jar and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the liquid of your choice. What you choose will determine the final taste and color of the caviar. You can use tomato sauce, soy sauce, stock or even fruit juices.
- Add agar agar to the prepared cool liquid and mix thoroughly.
- Heat the liquid over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.
- After boiling, set aside for about 15 minutes to cool slightly.
- Pour the liquid into a syringe, a bottle with a nozzle or a dropper.
- Add the prepared liquid to the cold oil, one drop at a time.
- When the process is complete, pour the caviar through a sieve to get rid of excess oil.

250 ml any liquid (soy sauce, tomato juice, broth, etc.)
0.5 tsp. (2.5 g) agar agar
250 ml neutral oil, e.g. sunflower oil
