Directions
- Wash, peel and dice all the vegetables.
- In a large pot heat butter and fry onion, garlic, carrot, celery, parsley and leek (about 5 minutes).
- Add broccoli and pour water or broth.
- Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Until the vegetables are tender.
- Take out a few pieces of broccoli to decorate.
- Add the processed cheese and mix the soup into a smooth cream.
- Boil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with crushed almonds, sesame seeds, cooked broccoli and garlic butter toasts.

1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. butter
40 g processed cheese
sesame seeds, almonds and toast's with garlic butter
salt and pepper to taste
