Directions
- Peel 1/3 of the orange and cut the skin into thin strips.
- Squeeze the juice from three oranges and a quarter of lemon.
- Place the pan on medium heat and add the sugar. It should be scattered with a thin layer throughout the pan.
- When the sugar melts, add juices, orange peel and a pinch of salt. Mix everything until sugar dissolves.
- In a glass, mix the potato starch with two tablespoons of water and add to the syrup.
- Don't stop mixing, and when the sauce slightly thickens, add butter and reduce for about a minute.
- Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk and egg into the bowl. Mix until everything is smooth.
- Heat a tablespoon of butter or oil in a frying pan and fry pancakes for about 2 minutes per side (until golden).
- Serve with orange syrup.

200 ml milk
1 egg
150 g all purpose flour
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
1 tsp. sugar
0.75 tsp. baking powder
butter or cooking oil
Orange syrup:
3 oranges
2 tbsp. sugar
0.25 lemon
1 tsp. potato starch
1 tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
