Directions
Crumble:
- Mix all ingredients together. The butter should be cold.
- Use your fingers to rub the butter and knead the crumble until it resembles moist sand.
- Put it in the fridge for the time of batter preparation.
Muffins:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Crush the bananas with a fork.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, bananas and pumpkin puree. Mix everything together.
- Add spices, baking powder, soda and slowly add flour and mix until ingredients combine.
- Put the prepared mixture into muffin tins, remember to grease them with oil and do not fill them completely.
- Sprinkle the muffins on top with the previously prepared crumble (you can also add a bit of chopped chocolate or nuts).
- Put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and bake for another 12-14 minutes.

2 bananas

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
