Directions
- Using a blender, mix spinach, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, sesame and sunflower or grape oil.
- Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash the chicken, cut it into cubes and season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
- Heat a pan with a spoonful of oil and fry the chicken.
- Cook pasta as recommended on the package.
- Add pesto and cold butter to the cooked pasta.
- Mix the pasta until the butter melts.
- Serve with fried chicken and sesame seeds.

400 g penne pasta
200 g chicken breasts
220 g fresh spinach
100 g fresh cilantro
0.5 cup grapeseed or sunflower oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. white miso paste
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
salt, pepper and sweet paprika to taste
