Directions
- Heat the pan over medium heat, add olive oil, diced garlic and chili pepper. Fry it for few minutes.
- Add washed spinach, shrimps and cut in half tomatoes. Fry the whole thing for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the wine, add butter, mix everything together and fry until the sauce thickens.
- Add juice from 1/4 lemon , season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta as recommended on the package.
- Serve pasta with shrimp sauce and freshly chopped parsley.

300 g shrimps (white)
250 g cocktail or cherry tomatoes
50 g fresh spinach
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli pepper
60 ml white wine
1 lemon
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper and parsley
