Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a standard loaf pan with baking paper.
- Crush the bananas using a fork.
- Cream butter with sugar.
- Add eggs and bananas to the butter and mix everything together.
- Add baking powder, salt and flour (add in small batches).
- Mix together.
- Chop chocolate into pieces and add to the mixture.
- Pour into a pan and put in the oven for 40-55 minutes.
- At the end of the baking process, check with a stick or knife. They should not stick when taken out.
- Pull it out of the pan, put it on a wire rack and wait at least 30 minutes before cutting.

100 g brown sugar
110 g butter
260 g all purpose flour
200 g chocolate (dark or bittersweet)
2 tsp. baking powder
0.5 tsp. salt
