Directions
- Put all ingredients into the blender and mix for a few dozen seconds until smooth.
- You can use water, milk or yoghurt as a liquid. I usually use water or almond milk.
- You can use different berries instead of blueberries.
- Fresh fruit can also be used instead of frozen. However, remember to add a few ice cubes for a smooth and cold texture. In this case, remember to check that your blender has enough power to crush the ice.
