Directions
Crumble:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Use your fingers to spread the butter and knead the crumble until it resembles moist sand.
- Put it in the fridge while the dough is being prepared.
Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line an 24x24cm (9x9 inches) baking dish with parchment paper.
- Using a mixer, mix the butter with vanilla and regular sugar (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stirring at low speed, gradually add eggs and flour.
- When the dough is combined, pour it into a baking tray.
- Add blueberries to the top.
- Then sprinkle with crumble.
- Put it in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes.
Ingredients
Crumble:
100 g all purpose flour
60 g powdered sugar
60 g butter (cold from the refrigerator)
Dough:
200 g all purpose flour
60 g potato flour
200 g soft butter
150 g sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
4 eggs
2 flat teaspoons of baking powder
400 g blueberries*
*other fruits such as raspberries, currants, chopped strawberries or plums can also be used.
