Directions
- Dice up the onion and sauté in a bit of oil.
- Add chopped parsley, bun and milk to the bowl (the bun should be soaked for about 10 minutes).
- Add onion and meat to the bowl and season with a solid amount of pepper and salt.
- Knead the meat until it is homogenous.
- Divide into meatballs of about 120 g(4 oz.).
- Coat the meatballs in egg and then in breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
- Fry in oil for about 4 minutes on each side.
- I recommend serving with potatoes and beets.
