Directions
- Wash herbs, peel garlic and a shallot.
- Blend herbs, mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and a teaspoon of grated lemon zest.
- Drain the tuna, add it to the sauce and mash with a fork.
- Chop the shallots, celery and garlic and add to the salad.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve on toast, rolls or english muffins.

200 g canned tuna in water
1/4 cup fresh dill
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup parsley leaves
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup thick sour cream
1 lemon
1 celery stalk
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper
fresh rolls or english muffins
