Directions
- Prepare 3 containers of approximately 220ml (7.5 fl. oz.) each.
- Whip the cold cream and mix it with cream cheese and sugar.
- Mix water, honey and agar powder in a pot.
- Heat over low heat until the agar dissolves (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add 100ml (3.4 fl. oz.) of the prepared mixture to the cream and cheese (mix thoroughly).
- Pour a layer of honey water onto the bottom of the containers and put it in the freezer for ~10 minutes.
- Then pour in a layer of cheese and cream. Cool the cheesecake in the freezer again.
- Repeat the addition of layers until the ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle the top with crushed cookies and decorate with honey and white chocolate.
- If during the addition of layers, water with honey thickens, you can heat it up and mix it thoroughly.
- I recommend serving cheesecake at room temperature.
