Directions
- Chop garlic and onion into small cubes.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese.
- Start boiling water for pasta.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pot or pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion and garlic (~5 minutes).
- Add tomato paste, sweet paprika and continue to fry, stirring for another 5 minutes.
- Add vodka, mix together and reduce the heat.
- Mix the cream with 1/4 glass of boiling water.
- Then slowly pour the cream into the sauce, stirring all the time, until a uniform consistency is obtained.
- Season with salt to taste and stop boiling the sauce.
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
- Add cooked pasta, parmesan and 1/4 glass of water from boiling pasta to the sauce.
- Stir until the parmesan is melted.
- You can serve pasta with fresh basil alone or together with chicken.
