Directions
- Clean the shrimp, remove the shells and cook them in boiling, slightly salted water for about 3 minutes.
- Leave them to cool down.
- Chop half of the shrimps into small pieces.
- Chop the onion and dill.
- Mix all shrimps, onion, dill, mayonnaise and crème fraîche in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of juice and grated zest from half a lemon.
- Finally add salt and fresh pepper to taste.
- Put the shrimp in the fridge for about an hour.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the toasts on each side.
- Put a portion of prepared shrimps on the bread.
- You can also add caviar or lemon slices.
