Directions
- Blend peppers, garlic, sugar, salt, fish sauce and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Clean the shrimps, mix with marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
- When the oil starts smoking, reduce the heat and fry the shrimps in batches for 1 minute on each side.
- Take out the shrimps and add the washed spinach.
- Fry the spinach until it slightly softens about 30-40 seconds.
- I recommend serving with rice, spinach and lemon wedges.
